STORE POLICIES

SHIPPING POLICY

We process orders promptly and with care.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. H₂O Swim Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of swimwear and intimate apparel, all items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

If a return or exchange is approved at our discretion:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns may be issued as store credit only, unless otherwise stated.

Any approved refunds (rare and at our discretion) may be subject to a restocking and processing fee.

Please note: We do not accept returns for items damaged due to wear, improper care, or normal use.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

Sale items, promotional items, swimwear, accessories, and intimate apparel are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing quickly and cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update pricing at any time without notice.

Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll review and assist promptly.
